UPCYCLED LIFE, Inc is a nonprofit corporation formed to provide recovery services specifically for transgender and non-binary individuals.
Queer, transgender and non-binary individuals in our pro are working with others offering their experience, strength and hope drawn from their personal journeys.
Our sober living program will be a structured, year plus, life changing path to sustainable recovery for people with chronic drug and alcohol addiction, offering access with no financial barriers.
TRANSformation recovery will be the first sober living residence in New York City specifically for transgender and non-binary individuals, and only the second of it’s kind in the United States. It will address the urgent need for mental health and substance use disorder services within one of the most vulnerable and marginalized communities.
